FAQ Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping in Germany:

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible after payment has been processed and packaged with love by Colourina Design. All orders are sent securely in an envelope / parcel with Deutsche Post. Delivery time is 3-5 days.

International Shipping:

Your order will be processed as soon as possible after the payment has been processed. All order packed with love by Colourina Design and are sent securely in a envelope with Deutsche Post. Delivery times 8-15 Days

Return & Cancelation

We are happy if you are satisfied with your order. However, if for some reason, it does not fit and meet your expectation you can return products within 30 days and receive a refund of the purchase price + shipping costs (if no free shipping was included in the order) to the original payment method used.

Please first send us a short message stating your order number and the items to be returned or canceled. It would be also very helpful for us to know the reason for the return in order to improve our service in the future.

Return conditions

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For returns due to defects we will cover the return shipping costs.
